Republic Events and Club IVERIA presents Season Opening with: One of the most influential figures in Georgian Electronic Music, Gio Shengelia, German DJ, producer, label boss, record dealer and party rocker Robag Wruhme, Unique DJ Daria Zet. Gabor Schablitzki, rather known to the raver as Robag Wruhme, is a story of gleaming moments of glory and brilliant achievements. Robag has been on the clubbing scene for more than 20 years. We can freely say that his works represent the annals of electronic music development. The German musician’s artistic career began in 1996 along with Volker Kahl on the project Beefcake which later was called experimental electronic music. Soon after, Schablitzki felt the urge to also provide dance floors with quality material. An undertaking, he pursued with the now legendary Wighnomy Brothers venture for whom he produced all of their stuff. Many of those tunes are collectively known as club classics. Releases on Pampa, Kompakt and Hypercolour boosted his profile before gaining a respected global status and a touring schedule. Other than a sonic session of twists and turns from the charismatic German, Robag Wruhme is also famous for converting the complex mixing electronic, acoustic and caustically modeled sounds into straightforward dance music.
